    Ok, my first (unscientific) impression of this build is that it has made a significant improvement to battery life.

    My issue has generally been with the battery drain suffered while not using the phone. If I used it almost constantly I could easily get 8-9 hours, but that would drop to around 5 hours with intermittent use. It seemed to drain almost at the same rate whether in use or not.

    This build seems to have made progress in that area, and I'd say I'm on course for a discharge rate of roughly 10% per hour of SOT....which I'm quite happy with.

    Hopefully, although not specifically mentioned, they've also squished the random restart bug!

    UPDATE: I may have spoken too soon. It feels like there is an improvement with the battery life, but probably only a slight one.

    Never, ever. Google Dialler is what it will be from now on, many other manufacturers are making the switch also.
