    :laughing::laughing: Conspiracy Theory!!!

Don't just say it, prove it!

OnePlus just slow down phones with Global and Indian ROMs, not EU! That's Discrimination!:smiley:

And yes, after the update you have to do 4 rechargeable cycles to stabilize the battery and improve apps, and that is not a lie!!!

Yesterday I've updated my device with OxygenOS 11
Ever since that update whenever the phone connects to my car (KIA Picanto 2019 model) with android auto, there is no sound coming through, neither from Navigation apps nor Spotify. If I select the speaker instead of bluetooth as output, there is sound. Also connecting my Raycon earbuds work. But the combination with Android Auto does not.

    Android Auto versions used:

    Spotify version:

    Waze version:
How can I resolve this issue? Its really annoying the shit out of me.

I partially agree. But I'd not blame OnePlus as vendor and developers, because it could also depend how Snapdragon 855 and Android 11 are compatible on hardware level. In case of Apple, Apple had full control of every hardware and software, next iOS release felt less optimized for past hardware, Apple is fully responsible for it. But OnePlus only adapts existing technologies (CPU, OS), which they do not control and develop fully on their side. Maybe this is the case.

Not my case. I have enough when I lose my phones just to buy a new one, no way. My OP 7 Pro is almost 2 years old. I'm praying for not to lose it, at least until the new OP 10/11 Pro with fully 5G connection will appear.

I have some bade issues since the last update, some applications like phone or oneplus launch can't run.
Also, my phone shut down itself and restart later.
This kind of problem never happen before, it's only since the last update ...

If you take a look at the most recent update for the oneplus 9, you will find many people complaining at the same performance and battery problems. So they also slow down the recent phones so that people do what again? Also the eu version looks fine. Hwy kwhy would the implement such slow down only in the other versions? This whole thing makes no sense. In my opinion it's much more reasonable to assume they rushed the update, maybe even corona made then problems...

For me the EU OTA Update was fine, but i did a Full Wipe to clean up my phone and apps.
First time after buying it 2020, but i did the clean setup yesterday so not a long time.
Seems fine right now, also Warp Charge is Working - no exact time between 10 and 11, i usually load the battery with a multiport USB Charger and normal charge Speed.
So far no problems with WLAN, but not tested much so far.

For all the people having issues with Wi-Fi disconnect issues try this until a hot fix from OnePlus. I'm not having issues with Wi-Fi disconnect.
Go to Phone settings, click on Wi-Fi & Network, click on your Wi-Fi SSID network name, click on advanced, click on network usage and change it from auto to "Treat as unmetered".
    Hope it helps.

i was excited about oxygen11 but all my excitement is gone i want to roll back to oxygen10 that was far far better then oxygen11

Oneplus you disappointed us with your OXYGEN11 your developers have failed to create something which is better then oxygen10 please give us oxygen10 as we were happy with good camera and performance of the phone

Not true at all. Clearing the cache may speed things up a bit, but won't do anything about...
    - decreased battery life
    - 90hz refresh rate not working
    - screen brightness
    - wifi issues
    - most other bugs or glitches

An update of this magnitude should not have the laundry list of issues. That is, unless it comes from CD Project Red. (Too soon!? Haha)

    Ooof what an update.
-Taking a picture takes so much longer.
-Making edits to the picture of even cropping a picture takes so much time to save afterwards.
-the UI of the phone settings looks weird.
-Notifications in the notifications bar reappear after swiping to get rid of them and then disappear as if there was a delay.
