IMO it totally depends on what are looking from a software version to do for u.

Personally I liked OOS 10.3.8 & 9.5.3 primarily because of it smooth performance, battery life and stability rest is your choice bro. We have few users who even liked the OOS 11 while majority reported grave issues with it and hence my suggestion.

It's a known issue bro. oOS 11 has been full of bugs and trouble for th device. My recommendation is to roll back to OOS 10 and wait for A11 to mature first before we move ahead to use it...

Yes, 9 was fast or what you can describe as snappy. I downgraded from 11 to 9 a few days back and really liked the performance. The only issues were dark mode and camera. So, I settled with 10.3.8.

Ever since I got this update, Twitter DM notifications have stopped working. I have them set to appear but silently, worked perfectly before. Have changed and reset all the options, cleared cache, still don't work.

Lucky you man as it's a nightmare for most of us here when it comes to battery life on OOS 11.0.02 for OnePlus 7 Pro

Deleting photos/videos takes a weird and long amount of time. Definitely a huge eyesore, deleting duplicates or whatever takes multiple seconds now, and I always have a lot of those..
Absolute deal-breaker for me to be honest 🙈🙁

Noticeable frame drop after exiting games and also while playing games, control panel swipe down isn't smooth as on previous Android 9 or 10 especially gaming mode and gaming tool is turn on. There's also some heat issues and Gallery bug is still there. Seriously hoping for next bugs fix updates. Even Snapdragon 855 is still great CPU in 2021, i felt my phone is not smooth after Android 11 update. Hope next update can fix these issues.

Ok I did, but it is a tough job to get the accurate settings according to your picture quality satisfaction

Yeah, but you should back up everything you wanna keep as rolling back requires a full reset.
