Hello there. Check my post #240.
I haven't noticed any heating issues regardless of my activity. I have listened to music, streamed , played games, recorded videos, scrolled the timeline in Twitter, Reddit and I can say that the smartphone doesn't even get warm. Even while playing PUBG for 40 minutes or so. I remember how smartphone was getting hot in Pubg on early versions of Android 10. The difference in performance may be caused by something I am not fully aware of. Seems like GM1910 models don't have much troubles.

You are basically mocking the forum users. One or Two posts above yours fully explains the reason you haven't got an update. Please learn to read the opening post attentively.

Agree. I have a GM1910 also. Not problems at all with OS11 update 11.0.0.0

It's normal. Google released two patches. You will get one more update. After that date will change to 1 April.

Report it using available reporting tools. I would do it this way:
    1) Screenshot of the screen before the temperature begins to grow clearly showing the current temperature and the time.
    2) Open application that impacts your smartphone and make a screenshot once the application responsible for identifying the state of internal parts detects a significant/abnormal increase in temperature. Again the temperature and time should be visible as long as these parameters show how fast the smartphone gets hot.
    3) Send screen grabs to bughunters@oneplus.com + report the issue using reporting tool.

After it's done I would recommend to rollback to Android 10. It's the only way to continue utilizing your smartphone without issues.

When you updated to 11, did you do a factory reset before or after the update, and/or did you do a global cache wipe?

I'm still on 10, and I am reluctant to update to 11 because of all the bug reports rolling in, even after the 11.0.0.2 patch.

BTW, my phone is a GM1913.

Kindly check my post #240 in this thread to get an idea of my experience with Oxygen OS 11.
    --
I was on Oxygen OS 11 Open Beta 4, rolled back to Stable Oxygen OS 10.3.8. which required full data wipe. Once 11.0.0.2 became available I haven't made any additional manipulations apart from installing the new update through Oxygen Updater.

GM1913 models might have overheating and increased battery consumption issues, so I would still recommend to check with other users and hold a little.
