    Turn off the intelgent network settings for now till they fix it in the next update
    If you router support 2 channels delete one of them so you can have stability

    I don't know what's the reason,but start from A11 (I think beta) of you have a router support 2 channels you can't get stability network unless you delete one of them.
    Another thing you can turn off the intelgent network settings.
