OMG...After going through some of the OnePlus videos, I have realized that Widevine L1 is gone in my OnePlus 7T. I have verified now that I am unable to playback Amazon prime videos even in HD :(.... I have lost trust in OnePlus now. Whatever OnePlus support updated in this forum that they are going to provide a new build this month is just a damage control update. I don't believe they will provide software update like before (prior to OxygenOS 10). I think its time to move on.......I never thought that OnePlus would cheat customers like this...

I think it will be super hotfix 11 0.0.3. In the end it will be still the same patch of original OOS11. Trust me it will be settled soon. Then drag this patch till end of year and Official patch come later this year. #settled

You could be right about mine, i didn't really check, i just went from beta to stable 11 and i only noticed it got stuck after that. Yeah, that's their standard response when reporting something, although lately i did get a confirmation message that they identified the bug and had passed it on to the concerning team. But usually we have to wait until the next update to see if anything that's been reported got fixed. Looks like you're right, OnePlus just displays the wrong month. Maybe mine wasn't stuck after all, and it just displayed the wrong info too. Anyway, hope they also sort that out in the next update.

When manual update of google play services kept failing I removed the updates for it through the Playstore and then updated from there.
Result looked the same. Then I started looking at detail info on the app. And to my astonishment found the exact info of the may pakkage as given on Apk mirror.

Looks to me like OnePlus displays the incorrect info in settings ( maybe they display and check the date of the general security version in stead of the correct info)

7t was a great phone. It was perhaps the 2nd most popular T version upgrade in the entire op lineup, after the 3t ofcourse. Oneplus has literally ruined it and buried it successfully. Not everyone upgrade their phone in every year. For those who dont, oneplus has become a hard choice. No one would like their phone to behave like this after a year and a half.

I uninstalled and tried everything i could think of, but it wouldn't update. So i installed the APK, but didn't check the info on the package though. Good thing you did, you now at least know that it's probably a glitch in displaying it in settings and you're probably up to date
