    This is what I am thinking to sell.. it would be my pleasure if OnePlus opens some new business to buy their own garbage phones over a period.. and are you OnePlus employee???? Why are you feeling so bed? Please accept the truth and believe me read this thread from start to end and you will not found so Many positive comments..(=10%).. don't take personally.. try to feel pain of people...lol

    I'm not an employee, I'm a user just like you. And I've been keeping up on this thread since its creation. Most of the complaints I've been seeing are usually surface-level or from people who don't understand how phones seem to work. A lot of the time, a factory reset/cache clear can fix software-related problems (except the camera and Widevine issues as those are completely different issues) but I can understand people's reluctance to do so. The Widevine problem is on Google, not OP.

    If it is on Google side then why all users are not facility.. you know I visited OnePlus service center last month for battery and they did sotware downgrade from 11 to 10 and I lost widline L1.. now who's fault?? We should accept that OnePlus is not as before 6 series in software and support.. sorry if you feel bed.. many people will be agreeing on my last few comments...

    So, you're saying they're no battery issues, no gallery issues, no lag issues, no haptic feedback issues, no system sounds issues.
    And if they re present they can be easily solved with just a cache clear or reset . How how how how can you lick someone's boot so good.
    Bcz of this clusterf**k created by OnePlus, many of the users were forced to maybe reset the device. You don't buy a phone just to keep clearing the damn cache. AND CLEARING THE CACHE IS NOT GOING TO HELP.

    Well said brother. To fix all issues they are taking so much time and also donno they will or not? they may release another security patch with general bug fixes lol . that's why they merged color os and oxygen os codebase because they are not able to handle their software department.

    @Artemus, aren't you also a OnePlus 9R user? You're very knowledgeable and I have learned numerous tips from your postings over many months (thank you) in the OnePlus 6, 7 and 9 Series threads, but I'm just wondering are you still a OnePlus 7 Series user? If not, please don't stop sharing your feedback, I for one do appreciate your feedback. I also use to be a diehard fan of OnePlus, but even diehard fans can only take so much of OnePlus SETTLINGS.

    Well, thank you for those kind words. No, I am not a 9R user (I'm from the US, they don't sell that variant here) and am still using my used but in pristine condition 7 Pro and haven't had any problems with my device. What I think the main problem people have are inflated expectations of their device because "my old phone did X better".

    Not saying OOS 11 hasn't been a sh*tshow with its many problems but lemme tell you. I've been here since Android 9 and each new iteration of Android has its growing pains that need time to fix. Imagine being stuck on a phone that never received any updates for many months on end, if any. We call those "carrier phones". That's what hell is like.

    Update 7/10: This Widevine L3 issue remains following the July update earlier this week. A Google “Product Expert” in the Pixel Community reiterated yesterday that the “team is aware and is working on this.”

    Point of like to make is where has oneplus stated that they are aware of this issue and that oneplus or Google are working on any future solution - as this reference you have provided is for only Google and pixel - NO REFERENCE TO ONEPLUS OR ANY OTHER BRAND PERIOD!!!

    The point I'm making is, if Google is having the same problem on their own phones, it's more than likely a widespread issue with all OEMs. They control the Android OS, you know.
