That might be why. It's an issue with global OOS on T-Mobile-branded 7 Pro, not the T-Mo firmware. You're safe.

Thanks. As long as my phone is working as smoothly as it is and is doing everything exactly the way it is supposed to (kudos to the T-Mobile Android 11 version update), I'm not all that concerned with the why.

Every handset is supposed to get 2 major os updates.

The 7 series had its first when upgraded to OS 10.

My point was, the 7 series is further down the pecking order. You might get it, but you'll be waiting.

It's supposed but it's not certain! This is what you can't get. I believe Oneplus will surprise us. Because I believe in this AMAZING company. But they need to convince Qualcomm too.

Found a solution for global OOS.

For those with the GM1915, having the display resizing issues. Here is a potential fix.
    1. Set your display timeout to 30 mins.
    2. Set display resolution to QHD
    3. Turn off screen size switching
    4. Set refresh rate to 90Hz
    5. Enable developer options
    6. Connect to a computer with adb drivers
    7. Run adb shell settings put global oneplus_screen_refresh_rate 0
This seems to be running pretty well for me, and haven't experienced the bug in a few days or so.
