Welp, this didn't really do anything significant. Gallery is still very slow, restarts are still very frequent, especially on charger, System UI is crashing upon unlock... Can we just roll back to OOS 10 please?

There are a few ways to do it.
I went straight back to 10.3.8 using the MSM tool found here.

    Still network issue is there.

When I am sending in whatsapp it take some 10 to 20 sec to give tick mark.

Even though my network speed is 30Mbps. It's in 5ghz band.

OnePlus need to check on this. Even though this OnePlus Community app is getting slow.

Have you read any of the posts that have highlighted many issues still remaining.
I went back to 10.3.8 and am quite happy with the stable phone I have regained...

It depends on your region. If you're using the Eu version you can give it a try. If you use any other regions version you should wait.

Yesterday I updated to latest my OnePlus 7 Pro, battery seems to last bit better, but have to wait 3-4 cycles to say anything for sure.
Im happy with update, havent tested is AA connection "bug" fixed. No heating, no flickering or freezing any kind.

OnePlus 7 Pro GM1913 running OOS (UK)
Updated straight from OOS10.0.10 skipping 2 stable releases.

No most obvious issues that were mentioned in this thread (annoyingly feels like spam already). Overall feeling a bit of improvement on general fluency and responsiveness actually (illusion or what, not sure).

    Only a couple of gripes:

Notification categories for some popular chat apps seem weird, probably artefact from moving from Android 10 to 11 without doing afresh. Clash of inherited and new settings?

Vibration. Notification tones sometimes make my phone produce mechanical noises that feels like some parts are loose and about to come off.

Chat bubbles don't work nicely with some apps that support it (eg. telegram) even producing epilepsy inducing flicker at the recent bubbles window, and unclickable items in that window. (ALERT!)

Thanks dev. Hope all have their updates without issues. Glhf

Yesterday i got the update, and this morning i updated the phone.
I noticed that the scale of the dialer and the interface of the incoming call got smaller.

Can someone please tell me how to reverse the scaling back to the previous view?

Oh and i think I've seen some reports here or in thread about this weird fingerprint overlay issue. It's real. The app used here for demonstration is Wise (formerly TransferWise). Consistently appears like this on this app. But not on other apps that show this fingerprint prompt differently though. Funny. Doesn't affect functionality or covers anything up so I'm not really annoyed, just thought people should know here.

Starting from the first stable Oxygen OS 11 I have never experienced any issues that may have been mentioned by other users. None of them. The new update improves the fluency even more, swipe gesture on the home screen especially to the shelf is much better. Media loading speed in stock gallery app improved as well, now it literally takes a moment to upload everything I have. Launch speed of applications is quite good, I don't know if that was improved or not. I never had anything bad to say about Camera (except the front facing one which I don't use too much) - so I would say it is decent up until now. No WiFi or Bluetooth disconnections, no lags or whatever may cause inconvenience.
