persistent problem of the delay with which notifications are opened. it's very annoying
when I pull down the notification bar and click on a notification there is a delay of about a second

This update is a bit of a disaster. Few points to notice:

    - This is the first time an update installed **automatically**.
    - I got the IN11AA (NA) update installed on a IN11BA (EU) device
    - This was automatically and forced installed while I am on the open beta, and this WIPED all my data when I woke up.

    What happened here?

That's great to know but that really doesn't help my and potentially many others' case.
This should be tested before it gets pushed. You will immediately notice when NA updates are pushed to EU devices. You will instantly notice when you start up your phone after the update and it says "Wiping...."

Updates shouldn't be automatic if OnePlus is notorious for doing things like this. (the Android 11 DP2 also had many people wake up with a bootloop!). You can quote me on this: This isn't the first time, and definitely not the last time either.

Where I can download the build to switch from OB3 to stable EU version?
I am aware of the full wipe, just need the .zip file

Only source I know so far... No rollback needed. Just install over beta 3 (still wipes though)
