For the last two updates, the battery has been unimpressive to say the least. Recently, apps have started to misbehave too. Signal reception isn't up to par. I don't need Android 12. Just fix these lot.

Why are you all clamoring for this update? It's clear that OOS 10 is still better. Stick/revert to OOS 10 and you're phone will be smooth af. Obviously they messed up OOS 11 that even their latest 9 series with the beastly Snapdragon 888 SoC are still full of bugs/problems so why bother?

My battery usage with heavy fb and messenger usage. Also using mobile data throughout with 2 sims inserted. OOS 11 can't come close to this OOS 10 battery life

    Hi,

I've been using one plus 7t for a year and the experience is good. But recently I've noticed that the battery doesn't last as it used to be even though I use the phone the same way from the time I picked it. And the brightness goes down for a while and comes back to normal automatically. I feel that after the new system update I'm facing this issue. Can anyone help me to fix this.

I'm sticking with OOS10, but I am getting a little tired of the nagging to download the update.

Is there a way to patch the security without downloading the whole OS? Or is this the latest security update for OOS10?

Just checked Android Auto with my car (VW Mk7.5 Golf family) and delay bug is not fixed. Still a ~2 minute delay after connecting phone to car before they recognize each other and Android Auto is usable. Highly annoying.
With this build and the last, I have no major issues other than this. Battery life is fine, no overheating, although I don't play any games. Actually, my phone does overheat, but only when I accidentally leave it in the sun outside!

I just checked on my OP 9 pro India as well as the 7T india .
A bit of a controversial thing IMO But confirmed. The telephoto lens do not activate if light is low. It uses main sensor. Under well lit condition it again uses telephoto normally!!!

Thanks for the heads-up, was using the telephoto as placebo in low light. Damn. In daylight I guess it uses telephoto actual one. But in lowlights it uses the main camera and crops to make it look like a zoom!!!!

Wow your right in poor light conditions software uses standard lens in stead of telefoto lens.

    Wonder why that is.
Might be that lens diafragma of telelens is to small to provide enough light on the sensor chip make a decent picture.

Never checked in in OOS 10 though.
