    I face them very regularly. Only when I restart the phone it feels better for a while and again frame rate starts dropping

    Do you mean refresh rate drop issue?
    Do you remember how it occurs or method of reproducing that issue? Or it occurs on its own suddenly?

    Yes refresh rate drop issue. It comes on its own and stays forever. If I restart the phone it feels better for a while and again drops.

    Good for you. How much time it takes to charge from about 20% to 100% for your phone? It's atleast showing warp charging for you. It's not even showing that on my 7t. It's just plain saying charging. And takes around 1:30 hours to charge from 50 to 100. Sometimes more. I checked the charging current via an app, it only shows it's taking around 1.2 to 1.4 amps max. But in reality, as warp charging, it should take above 5 amps.

    I think you may be facing the issue after closing the screen while YouTube or other apps remains open which runs on refresh rate below 90hz.
    Solution (Not permanent fix) - Rather than restarting your device again and again or going back to settings for switching refresh rate from 90 to 60 then 60 to 90hz.
    I suggest you to atleast once you should try re-opening the YouTube, And play any video on full screen. It will solve the issue but it's not permanent fix. This is a bug which can only be solved by OnePlus developers.

    My 7t screen is working perfectly. I have updated to 11.0.2.1 and have no issues so far with refresh rate. The only problem I am facing is warp charging. My phone is charging at a slow rate. Tried other OnePlus charger, tried my charger on similar phone, seems like it's the problem with my phone or software, charger and cable is good. Attaching screen refresh rate test screenshot here.

    If u want to check for the refresh rate bug ther is an easy way. Play any video on youtube and lock screen. Keep it like that for approx 5 min. Then unlock phone. Ui should lag like crazy.

    That's perfect. It's not working for me. Guess it's time for me to take it to some ASP to sort this out. I still have the extended warranty till October 21.
