Use whatever launcher. Microsoft Launcher was also great.

Hi, I'm gonna share my battery stats:
    With Android 10: 6h 12 minutes , 28% battery left, last charge 25 hours.

With Android 11.0.1.1: 6 hours 16 minutes, 24% battery left, last charge 34 hours. Right now 14% and 7 hours 14 minutes. said:

So it's kind of the same, sort of (did factory reset after updating of course), but it depends on the day, sometimes it performs worse.
    I'm using FHD+, 120hz and OnePlus launcher
What really speaks volumes is the fact that Youtube is the app that consumes the most, but I don't use it that much.
I don't know why it's so battery demanding, it must be a bug

Funny thing is: if I set screen calibration to Wide Amoled I lose like 1 hour SOT, so at 20% battery left I get 5 hours SOT instead of 6. I did the experiment changing from Wide Amoled to Intense and I'm getting an extra hour SOT.
I fixed the yellow-ish tint in Chrome with the solution somebody posted here.
Colors are weird and green at very low brightness, I wish that could be fixed.
Some minor errors not worth mentioning
And surprise, I didn't get last update 11.0.2.2 (Europe)
Apart from this I'm very happy with the phone, pictures are amazing, especially macro pictures.
Fixing the little issues here and there would round it up
(En español, pues eso que unas 6-7 horas de batería, con algunos fallos tontos que a ver si los arreglan, pero vamos que esto va de cojones, rápido y las fotos y audio genial, a ver lo que tardo en editar este comentario cagándome en todo jaja)

I tried the beta 2 for OS 11 a few weeks ago and found it a bit unstable. I'm still on OS10 and it sounds like I should stay with 10 for the moment, even with this second stable release of 11 it sounds like folks are having troubles. Shame!

Could anyone tell me if chat bubbles work on oxygenos 11? Just wondering what to expect for my 7 series and I can't seem to find any references on youtube etc. Thanks
edit: for mainstream apps like google messages, not facebook.

They don't work on my OnePlus 8 Pro with Oxygen OS 11 (tested with WhatsApp)

Can you screenshot your screen calibration setting please. I don't see the intense option, do you mean either natural or vivid?

It says Intense on my device, but I guess in english it would be vivid, it's the very first option.
With 'Advanced--Wide Amoled' I'm losing 1 hour battery approximately, it's a pitty, I really liked those saturated colors

I'm not getting VOLTE on VI 4G in India. Is anyone facing the same issue? Checked with VI and they say device is not supported and would need a software update from Oneplus. Should we expect a fix in the next update or this device is not compatible with it?

I guess I was a Chrome issue. That temporary fix someone gave me worked as permanent one. Now I don't face any such issues.

If talking of issue it just turned on vision comfort automatically when I didn't need it. And yes it didn't turn to any colour but yellow(as in vision comfort).

The YouTube gets stranded in landscape mode even after viewing the video.

They work with Google messages app (for me at least).

If you have used Facebook Messenger, then they work just like that:
