It is quite reliable I think (at least for me). It shows 93% health after almost 2 years of usage, almost the same as Accubattery (94%) and BatteryGuru (also 94%).
Screen on time is still more than 10 hours usually

How's your battery health at 94% even after 2 years?

On my 7 Pro, the OnePlus Diagnostic Tool says 81%, since (at least) September 2020 (bought it when was released)!
And this result by charging according to the recommendations between 95 to 98% of the times.

I asked OnePlus, precisely that month/year, about it and they said:

"I would like to inform you that you no need to worry about the battery when its battery health is higher than 75%.
If your device battery health is higher than 75% then please do not worry, It is normal and If it shows lower than 75% then your device needs replacement of battery."

Does not appear like they fixed Google fit tracking issues, had to reboot today.

Mind elaborating? What firmare would be mismatched, and how exactly?
My phone is originally a T-Mobile revision that is now on global OOS10 so I don't understand how there can be a firmware mismatch since all the partitions were correctly updated with the new images.

All I know is, the T-Mo variant doesn't work on OOS 11 all that well and is probably due to how it's built. Carrier variants are fickle when it comes to low-level software customization.

Some people have had success with lowering the resolution to FHD and/or keeping it at 60 Hz.

Lowering the refresh rate causes a blank screen for me so it isn't a solution.

Flashing the international firmware on the phone should make it the same as the international version, unless there's hidden ROMs that are not being updated - which seems unlikely.

This is only hurting customers as OnePlus and T-Mobile are playing hot potato on who's responsible and a fix is not being released or even worked on.

Do you use your phone only to make & receive phone calls? 😏

Use the Oxygen Updater app from the Playstore.
I used it to update to the latest 11.0.3.1 EU update with no issues.
