Have you tried to reset your device after the android 11 update? If not please do it. It'll solve majority of the bugs. Please note that you need to take a backup of your images, videos, and important data/files before resetting as it'll completely wipe your data.

The thing is oneplus has manged to mess up the phone as much as possible. Now what they could do is mess up the thread itself. And i have to admit that they have manged to do that also comprehensively.
    Bravo bugplus

Nothing will be fixed, Oneplus does not have the capacity / does not want to fix the errors.
My feeling is that he wants the 7 / 7T series devices not to work well, that at the time of their launch ...

You are answering to yourself: no.

Let's see if is because OnePlus does not implement LHDC in 7T series or because the 7T series are not going to receive OxygenOs 12.

Anyway, the answer from Leo is clear: 7 and 7T won't have LHDC support.

Here are my observations after updating this stable build.
    1. Lock/Unlock sound - Not Fixed
    2. Widevine L3 Issue - Not Fixed
    3. Battery Consumption - Not Fixed (Now it's been worst after bitmoji ambient display)

So far didn't have any performance issue apart from battery drain.

@OnePlus dev team is sleeping and enjoying their work from home.

    OOPS SORRY I MEAN BUGPLUS

Trust is lost OnePlus. I would rather go with other companies in future.
