Apperently at 99%+. What is important with the 90% limit if I may ask?
Full charge is after all not 90%. I never really saw the point of 90%. Those 10% can make a huge differance on total time. What would a undefined 90-100% charge SOT value be compared to a 99% or even 100% with only 1% variation? This would actually mean more accurate and more valid SOT. SOT is tricky as a comparison as it is since so many other factors matter.

I want to avoid a full charge in order to preserve the battery life, but I wanna also see the stats, so I always charged the device until 90%.

You can't preserve battery life no matter what you do,in general when a phone is showing 100% ,its not actually 100,its less to preserve the battery, but you doing that won't change anything.2 years is the guarantee for max performance on lithium batteries

Ok, but the fact is that there is a bug because the stats doesn't reset on 90% as did before the update.

If the users have to hard reset their devices with each monthly update to have a fully working device without major instabilities then it should be officially mentioned in the OnePlus website so the users know about it before buying...

I had owned several Samsung and Sony flagships in the past and I had never had to hard reset my device...

Moreover, hard resetting is fine for me and you and the rest of the community members but it is not a solution at all for users like my parents or my girlfriend who don't know anything about software, hardware, update, firmware etc. Users like them care only about flawless everyday functionality no matter what the underlying software version is, they see their devices as a black box.

    Cheers!

True, can't deny that, but as I said, you can try a cache wipe too, although I completely agree with you, for people who know nothing about all these will face issues, and will have to go to service centers which unfortunately aren't abundant.

Oneplus should definitely fix it, probably a way to wipe cache automatically on ota install.

In my opinion, being Beta 5 Global already with security patch December 2020 they are delaying global firmware update because they could fix a lot of bugs happened on IN and EU versions so maybe they could release a major update which would not be a bad idea

The past 2 updates have started with India and the Global version was last to receive it.

The 48 mega pixel sensor of OP8 isn't used for anything.
Check it by yourself . Put your finger on each camera and click picture.
