    Hey everyone,

    We are starting to push out the incremental rollout of a new OxygenOS update for the OnePlus Nord CE for India and North American now, EU region will soon follow.

    • System
      • Fixed known issues and improved stability
    • Camera
      • Improved the shooting experience with HDR on
      • Improved the Nightscape mode
      • Optimized the fluency of 1080p 60fps video recording
    • Network
      • Improved communication stability

    Check out the update section inside the settings... It doesn't show the OnePlus update theme... Rather has a Google like theme...

    Make no mistake... It was under the system updates page and not the security patch update page. I too was surprised to see that.

    I've seen this happen on 8 series in the USA on unlocked devices since the roll out of 11. If this is intended on more phones I don't know.

    Difference here is 8-series/9-series unlocked devices running global (AA) build still have local update ability (clicking the wheel allows it), whereas Nord CE does not on all software branches, as OPLocalUpdate APK is not present in device dumps.

    @VeenaRaj , would you be able to boot your device in recovery mode and check if you can see an option to update your device from a directory or from a PC?
    If not, then it would mean OnePlus willingly (or accidentally) made build so that users can no longer install updates by themselves.
