    Thanks.
So, WhatsApp, Telegram, and Recorder - their media is now saved in Android. Google files, OnePlus file manager, etc can't access it. Third party apps such as solid file explorer can. What's the point here?

But, I can also access with third-party software.
    With File Commander for example...

Yes i am also in 11.0.3.1 and this bug appeared after the update of google play services. I uninstalled the update and the alignment is back to normal.

Yes we also said the same thing that third-party apps can access the system folders. My point is that there was no need to make things complicated.

I saw a fix for this problem it's pretty simple to solve. Firstly you'll have to leave beta for both digital wellbeing and google play services. (If you're unable to deactivate and downgrade Google play services you'll have to deactivate find my devices permission as an Android administrator) reboot the device and if you choose you can upgrade both apps to the base non beta versions of both apps but the issue should be solved upon a reboot after you've followed the process above.

Either keep waiting or use the Oxygen Updater App from the Playstore...

    Sure, Thank you

Do you know why few devices are not able to get updates?
