That must be an incorrect copy-paste from another post you've made, as EU is already rolling out for both 7T and 7T Pro.

Useless dev team forgot to address major issues which are still there.

    1. Low notification sound
    2. Heating issue (those in colder region are okay with it so stay away from commenting against it)
    3. Battery drain
    4. UI lag

Instead of fixing these issues, incompetent team is giving us security update that too after two months. 🙏🙏

Fanbois will get an orgasm by seeing such a big update 😉.

    1. Don't have this problem
    2. Have used my phone in Greece for 2 weeks, 35 celsius weather taking photos outdoors, not a single overheating message (flash was disabled 1-2 times though)
    3. No battery drain for me
    4. Refresh rate issue? I occasionally have it 1-2 times a month, setting therefresh rate to 60-90 again fixes the problem

I know that I am gonna get some response from you after I post this, looking at the previous posts in the previous chats but here goes...
    1. Yes notification sound is low
    2. I personally don't face any heating issues, I live in India, which is a hot and humid place generally. Phone heats up a bit when charging which is ok, gaming, yes it'll heat up but I don't play games that much, general usage with heavy video and audio usage there is no heating.
    3. I don't see any battery drain, in my opinion battery drain usually depends on the apps that you use, so again that depends on personal usage.
    4. I face a slight stutter sometimes, yes that is there, but a quick restart fixes that. I havnt been noticing it that ofter after the last update.
So there are my thoughts. I am not paid for by OnePlus and I bought my phone just as u with my hard earned money. Also u might want u do a factory reset if u are facing many issues. I personally did one after the OOS 11 upgrade. Yes it's a hassle but it's worth it. Have a good rest of your day.

    Thanks for security update.

    Dear OnePlus team,
    I have OnePlus 7t(India).
    OxygenOs(IN) 11.0.4.1.HD65AA

    I found 2 major issues:-

    (1) There is screen flickering issue occuring on Indian(IN) variant of Oxygen OS, I easily noticed it while gaming.

    (2) There is very slow storage speed on Indian OxygenOs build which causing slow "Gallery" and "File Manager" loading speed and also causing UI lag and stutters. What is the use of UFS 3.0 then?

Please fix this issue in Indian(IN) OxygenOs build.

You are experiencing issues for all four of them. Just go through your comment again.
I don't use any app other than common apps from play store which is must to have.
What's the point of an update if you have to go for workaround everyday.

Guess this it for 7 series. Just security and some minor stability fixes from now on.

This was an interesting experience. My first year with 7T was really exciting, overall the phone rocked with the best software I've ever used. But the second year is ending with quite a bitter taste. Shame because it seemed like they made perfect lineup with 7 series and just gave up on it (a year) too soon.

Anyway, this is where our story ends OnePlus. Just like you, I've decided to change my direction too. Not to blame anyone here, just gonna say you made some decisions on your own first. So this is good bye.

Pixel 6, here I come. Hope to make it a better adventure.

Good for you then. But those who are experiencing it (majority) are not lying, i guess. That includes me as well.
Temperature reached 45°c while gaming when room temperature was about 36°c. Same day i downgraded to os10, it barely touched 40°c.

Try gaming, you will want to throw your device out of hands. Flagship device should be able to handle heating while playing games like PUBGM, right?

Hey Please delete word 'irritatingly'. Its always good to have loud notification sound, you can adjust it to low settings if you hate loud sound.

My temperatures easily reached 46 celsius when running benchmarks when I was on OOS 10 more than a year ago, in a 22 celsius room in the winter. OOS 11 didn't make a difference in any way.

Cooling is one thing but that's what it can do.

Won't disagree or go against your observations. But for me, with os11 heating is more even on normal uses such scrolling through insta, watching youtube videos as compared to os10.
