Yeah, seems that some problems/glitches/issues are 7T specific and not affecting the 7T Pro.

I understand your point of view but... The majority of 7T-series users is not interested in OnePlus history. We are also not interested in OnePlus devices from the past. Maybe they were good, maybe not... it's not our business.

We are interested in 7T devices, because we're using them, but... We don't have a stable system. We don't have regular updates. We have no normal support!

What we have?... Lots of bugs, frequent problems and endless frustration, so... Thank you so much for your "Songs of Glory" but we don't need them! We need help from OnePlus support to bring our devices back to life!

    Hi,

Yes. I reported it yesterday. In my case, the Google item is "disabled" now. I suppose this issue is related with Google Play Services Update which comes from the OnePlus official channel.

    Kind regards

Most of us long time users knew about thunderclap. I also used to have a OnePlus X. I replaced it with an Xperia Z5 way back then coz the support stopped and Nougat was halted. I knew about the OnePlus 3 fiasco too but never experienced it coz that time my main device was a Nexus 6p.

Glory days? You asked. So be ready for another long reply. Sorry.

Yep. It happened when 5 series was released. Not everone was aware but it was when OnePlus really hit it good. It was also when OnePlus was really hyped up and why so many recomended the brand. Also, the devices resembling the iPhone 7 added to the popularity. And back then having 8gb of ram was a major turn on coz it wasn't the norm yet. Users even used to call the 5T a BEA5T.

Early and many updates were released and part of the joy users had... So many features were added. It continued even after 6 was released.

But then after 2 years, there it is again.... Slow updates happened again. There I already understood that OnePlus devices are only best before 2yrs old. So then atleast now I know what to expect. Reason why I wasn't surprised when 7series had another fiasco. Understandably, it happened earlier because of the pandemic. Good thing I don't have major problems on my 7T. And that's that.

It's weird but after trying FHD+90hz, the stuttering is totally gone on my 7T Pro. I use QHD+90hz before and I have to usually revert back to 60hz and back to 90hz when the stuttering creeps in. I guess OOS 11 optimization on QHD+90hz is not as good as OOS 10 because I think SD855+ can easily handle the resolution and HRR. Hope this helps with the stuttering problems many are facing on their 7T Pro

Is anyone having issue with Google app after updating to latest version of OOS? It just freezes after typing something and enter. Restarting phone, clearing cache doesn't help. Tried checked for app update, there's no update. Issue happened with both WiFi and Data connection.
I've tried using chrome instead, it's good so it's not my Internet problem.

My build numbers are not showing after Oxygen OS 11 update. That's why I didn't get any updates for 8 months ... Is that any solution?

If I'm not mistaken, whoever has a cellphone licked to T-Mobile used oxygen updater, lost build number.
But that was a while ago.
