OxygenOS for the OnePlus 8 and OnePlus 8 Pro

    Yeah I 160 MB with LTE + and 132 MB with T-mobile 5G with smart switch off on SA5G and before that my 5G was below 4G speed at 36mb.

    On Verizon the other day though I got 15 gigs but only in one spot downtown in my city.

    However, T-mobile is getting better and better and they are rolling out more every day. Every carrier update I get, my phone gets better and faster signal. It usually sits at full signal in most places and rarely at half in both 4G LTE + and 5G.

    T-mobile's only competition, is Verizon and T-mobile's price and customer service is far better than Verizon so far. So I just stay patient and keep doing other things.

    I am in no hurry for 5G and I knew it would take time to get really good 5G.

    There are no problem as such, its very cool and smooth... January patch... Better than before

    After the update to, the optimized battery charging does not work, everything is turned on in the settings.

    This worked for some 6 series users:
    Try uninstalling the latest app updates and see if that helps:

    Goto to settings > search > OnePlus > scroll down you will find 2 apps
    1) OnePlus Membership ( uninstall the update)
    2) OnePlus Account.
    Clear the cache and storage of both app and reboot your device.

    No problems here at all. I have not been affected by any bugs, it's just as smooth as it was before. Main thing with this update is the Google security patch, and I am not as paranoid as some so I am fine with it beeing the january patch!

    I did a complete reset. Now the Touchscreen works as before. Think Something went wrong during the Installation.

    Still Volte & 5G not working in KSA why you don't update the carrier profile from your side one time this is too much
    this is my first time to use Oneplus phones & i think it will be the last time
    very disappointed

    Since update and, i have an issue with my 8 pro.
    My phone "lost" the sim management. No line anymore. Tentative to disable and enable the sim card have no effect. To recover the network, i have no other choice as restart the phone.
    Can you solve this issue ?
    My phone is an IN2023.
