So far other than a self induced factory reset one morning when I switch it on. Mine has been working exemplary.

I can assure you there are much worse manufacturers out there who get good phones to market but don't have any R&D to resolve issues once at market. From what I have seen here OP actually do seem to do things, but maybe not fix everything for everyone.

You only need to look at large companies like LG who pulled out of the market to see its not easy,

    Hi all,
I have 2 thing, that was bother me in op7tpro and is there is well
Big major problem is wifi I have 800Mbps service, unifi system with wifi 6, but phone is stuck in 60Mbps on WiFi. Even I change random mac to device mac is work for few minutes and then start blocking speed again to 60Mbps. Another brand (Samsung, huawei and xiaomi phones in my house didn't have this problem.
(same problem was in old model OP7T pro.)
And second is just suggestion. It is possible change it when I move finger from bottom to up is come search in app that if can change to normal Google search or Google assistant search?

I have optical fiber internet (200 MB) and with wifi I get 206 MB with latest speed test on my OnePlus 8 pro. I think you just search the problem in your modem

Unfortunately is not. I have 2 isp so 2 independent router plus my unifi and 3 another brand phone. Non of them has problem.
Also when I connect to one of them router separately problem persist also when Im in friends house completely different Internet and routers, problem persist.
Don't know why, when I turn off WiFi and minute later turn on its work on full speed sometimes couple hours sometimes just few minutes.

Some users have said that disabling Bluetooth helps with 5GHz wi-fi performance - not an ideal solution, though.

The battery drain during games is huge ....for example I played Hitman sniper for around 30 mins and battery dropped around 10% plz fix this issue {Hitman is just an example ok ...it happens on many games }.....overall the battery backup has dropped after new updates.....and plz add black ui and a toggle to easily switch between ring, vibrate and silent modes in drop-down menu..... thank-you in advance.....
I hope you will take my suggestion OnePlus 🥺😊

You have a physical toggle for ring, vibrate and ring mode ;)
