    I'm not here to discuss Pixel 6. I'm here because I'm disappointed with one plus. We are in October, and the device have the security update from August! I don't want android 12 with bugs, we just need a stable and updated android 11.

    There's a update security patch of August 1 2021 but the update has many bugs you can complete the update with Oxygen Updater app at your own risk.

    Bi-monthly security updates are exactly what OnePlus promises. I don't understand your angst. If they fail to deliver a security update in October, I will join you in that. But so far, they've very reliable in keeping that promise.
    if you want monthly security updates, you need a pixel or a Samsung. Just know that Samsung hasn't always provided monthly security updates. Hopefully they'll keep it up.

    Samsung provide monthly sec patch only flagship. Nord 2 price range phones only every 4 months my mom have a71 and she get quarterly sec patch.

    What about when the August security update (the one this thread is about) doesn't get rolled out to the OnePlus 8 non-pro global version until almost halfway through October? Would you consider that to be "very reliable in keeping that promise"? I wouldn't.

    The releases never come on the first day of the month. The August release was announced and released on the 17th, and that was unusually quick as I recall.

    It is not the fault of Oneplus that you modded your phone so that the Incremental Updates does not work for you, and you have to wait for the Full Update.
    That is a choice you made.
    If the phone remained untouched, you would get every update when the OTA server called your serial number.

    Bluetooth is always on for me. I use OnePlus Bullets Wireless Z for about 2-4 hours every day, mainly watching YouTube videos and didn't have not a single disconnection so far, it works great. Could you please explain in more details which accessories do you use and your erroneous use cases?

    When i dont have nothing connected to bluetooth but bluetooth on, it wil randomly switch off and then back on

    Find me one person who got the incremental OTA for IN21AA before this month. So far, no one in this thread. Oxygen Updater did not get the incremental version either. My phone is not modded but thanks for making an assumption instead of reading my past posts.
