Got the O2 11.1.1.1 update a few days ago. Most visible changes of any OS update so far I think.
HOWEVER - my Google Photos is acting weird! VERY slow & NOT BACKING UP! Please help! Thanks.

I have updated my device , it seems good , i was looking foreward for this update. But, it feel s very choppy and sometimes it fails to respond. And the bubble feature ie; the notification bubbles, that option isn't working.. does anyone how to activate that option??

After the update my whatsapp stopped working.
Not able to send or receive any media.
First i thought this error was from whatsapp side, but the same whatsapp version is working fine on samsung phone.
    Whatsapp version: 2.21.21.9(Beta)

Merci!

After updating, my OnePlus 6T has got an Horizon Light option in Customisation. Did anyone else get it? And though there is the option i don't think it's working as the horizon lights haven't lit up once till now.

Nope, you didn't read all comments, otherwise you would have found my post, stating that a standard filemanager cannot access the Android\Data folder.
Either you must be rooted with root access to this folder, or connect your mobile to a PC/Notebook and you see the content of this folder.

That's the way it works I think; it lits once the notification occurs and then stops which makes what could be a very useful feature just useless IMHO.

6 Series will never get either A12 or ColorOS integration.
    Not talking about custom ROMs.

This if by far the worst update ever. since you have mentioned battery optimization but after the update batter drops sooner than my previous version. The new UI changed everything that looks like a traditional oneplus which is not looking good. I wish i could go back to my previous version

I generally top up from about 50% to 100%, which apparently isn't recommended for battery life. After 3 years I expected the battery life to have deteriorated, so I did a check dropping from 100% to 2% over a fairly heavy usage of 22 hours and got just over 9 hours SOT. I would probably have got 10 hours SOT when it was new so I'm fairly happy with battery and Android 11.

Some days later it seams that battery consumption is more than it was on Android 10. Especially when the phone uses mobile LTE network during the day. But it still gets me through the whole workday.

When the phone uses a WLAN in the evening at home you can figure out, that battery consumption flattens. So my battery lasts much longer when in WLAN connection.

All apps are still working fine. Didn't get any problems with them yet.
