    We are starting to push the incremental rollout of a new OxygenOS update for the OnePlus 9 and OnePlus 9 Pro for the India region now, for EU and NA region will soon follow.

    everything seems fine. but feels like cpu power is reduced to extend battery life.

    did benchmark score about 8% lower then previous tests. not exactly sure, could be caused by other background apps. i will do another test in optimal condition

    I'll do some tests as soon as I get it. Using less power would be good if done smartly. There is a tricky balance between power and performance.
    Hopefully this also takes the edge of some of the extreme heavy tasks. No point is going fully max if it needs to thermal throttle heavily quickly.
    I'll be comparing 3dmark stress tests for example

    Idk why everyone's going gaga over the no of updates. They are fixing bugs on their most premium device ever which shouldn't have had these many bugs in the first place.
    It's not optimization updates as much as they are bug fixes or trying to get their camera on par with less pricier phones.
