Either wait until the staged rollout reaches you or use a third party app called oxygen updater and download and install it yourself.

unfortunately i have to say no. it's a system based feature only enabled via OxygenOS. you can simply downgrade to 11.2.7.7 and it will vanish even if you use latest games app version.

I would go even further. There is a forum for China because that is a big market, why not a separate forum for the Indian market...

    When does it heat?
You don't see anything strange in the battery stats after 100% to about 20% (both apps and full device stats)?
    Usually some explanations.

    Stickers? For looks? No case?

You will keep on receiving OTA updates through the system as you normally would.

    I just sold it off.

Couldn't live with its flaws. The phone has hardware issues which the company is not ready to accept. Heating issues, huge battery drains and no reverts on submitted bug reports used to bother me a lot.

Ideally they should recall all such devices !

Happy with my old OP6 now, can use it all day in the sunlight.

I Guess, my next phone will definitely will NOT be a OnePlus. Shortest span of time with a phone especially OP.

When I used to complain the issues to their support, they used to say - wipe cache off , use thinner cases - I mean, come on guys, u r selling a flagship which shouldn't come with such stupid instructions to use.

Right? It's supposed to be a FLAGSHIP lol not a bug ridden pocket/hand warmer. I can buy those in the store (hand warmers) for wayy less
