Even though you haven't really gave me an idea whether some of the things work same as on 10.3.8. but you were very consistent and organized. You might have helped someone with your reply. Thanks mate.

Personally for me I agree. Of course some are loving it. Seems to be hit or miss, 50/50. I rolled back to beta 19 and might stay. Of course I like to play so maybe I'll go back when beta 5 comes.

Please let me know the font settings it's either too big or too small. Any fix for that ? Shouldn't have done this update.
Except font everything is good. I don't have an eye sight it looks like that..

Font size default, display size small. Still it's big..

Both small then it's too small. Horrible

Those who have already updated their OP 7 (non Pro) device, should someone new update or wait for couple more days?

You can change the DPI in the developer options.

Updated my OnePlus 7 (6gb RAM+128gb Storage) to OOS 11 using Oxygen Updater app 3 days ago. So far I haven't encountered any bugs. Although the haptic feedback is somewhat altered (less subtle compared to OOS 10) while navigating through the UI (especially in back and recent menu gestures). But the haptic feedback when toggling on or off something in the settings menu is newly added and it feels very precise. Also the haptic feedback while turing on the screen with "double tap to wake up" gesture is gone for good.
Battery 🔋 life is same as before, no overheating has been found. Maybe the optimization has been improved when battery falls below 30% (I have noticed longer SOT when the charge is below 30% compared to OOS 10). I use gcam 7, so nothing to say about picture quality in default camera. Didn't face trouble in networks and connectivity. Networks reception is slightly improved which is unnoticeable unless you're playing heavyweight multiplayer games or tethering hotspot either via USB or wirelessly. Also now there's a feature to combine both cellular and WiFi connection. There's also improvement in Google Assistant voice recognition which inables it to provide faster results.
The new OnePlus Sans font is fruitless. It feels narrower between the alphabets. Having some trouble to read the decimal point (as in 10.5mb/s) in network speed notifier. Also in OOS 11, the UI elements look bigger, so I have reduced the display size. Over all the UI feels smooth and fluid.

Thinking of doing a clean wipe after the update so an important question. If I backup rn, that is in OOS10, and then use that backup in OOS11, I wouldn't face any issues in restoring right? Or should I backup after updating?

Said I would bump it up, and I'm doing it again. Bug reports are starting to mount. And most of the responses are as if this is something new. This is pretty terrible. Beta releases aren't just to fix whatever bugs you want. You should prioritize these problems. This problem is dangerous, as many people rely on their phones as their only means of remote communication. Some official ack from OnePlus regarding this issue that seemingly affects AN ENTIRE CARRIER would be nice.
