    I updated my OP 7 pro to Android 11 yesterday, and apart from subjective things like the new font type, I didn't realize any major negative things so far.

    Except for one: In comparison to the Android 10 OS, the brightness adjustment for vision comfort is missing (see screenshot). Only the color temperature can be adjusted. This is not the case on my wife's OP 8 with Android 11, so I guess it's a specific problem with the OP 7 (pro). Is there a way to re-enable this? I'm really desperate because the screen is now way too bright in the dark.

    Do you guys really check the above conversations or just come here, complain about bugs, Oneplus is pathetic and then leave?
    Please read the above conversations where it has been already mentioned that the update has been halted due to bugs. Still you guys want to upgrade? Use oxygen updater but please don't complain for bugs as it is already mentioned. Your choice, either wait or install the buggy rom😏

    Hi Team, I just wanted to say good bye to OnePlus devices, probably this would be my last OnePlus device, I will never buy in future, reason for it is slow updates, security patches a 2months old, hope someone should sue the company for slow updates. Atleast samsung release security patches every month. Please learn from Samsung.

    OnePlus has really disappointed with the Android 11 update this time. My wife's Samsung A70s has already received the Android 11 update.😞😓😓. I thought OnePlus was better than samsung in providing OS updates. Proved me wrong.

    I did not get the update to Android 11 too (in Germany). It's so sad. I guess I have to wait until 2021/9 or so...
    Is there any kinda "log" where the maintainers show their progress on the update for the OP7 device?

    But funny is: The galery App is already updated and looks like my girlfriends galery on her Android 11 updated OP Nord device.

    @Abdul B.

    I don't whether it's purposely done or a bug in A11 update... The battery status is not resetting after 90%+ level of charging, only resets @100%... 90%+ level was way more better... If a bug get it corrected in next update!

    You can install this build
    But it can lead to data wipe
    So better to keep a backup

    Strange how some people experience almost no issues, while others have their phones all messed up. Did you perform a factory reset and/or a global cache wipe, before or after the update?

    If OP listens to the community, I hope you will also read these reports. I upgraded to android 11 and was disappointed with the graphics experience of the rom. Not very bright colors in the menus, acid green replaced by a very sad bottle green, the font of the font is much thinner than it is difficult to read with a small size. Battery that, like every major release, loses its duration until it is refined with new updates. I went back to android 10. It was the first phone I could have with 2 major releases and instead I'll keep it with oxygen 10 if I want to be able to use it with satisfaction. After 2 OPs the next phone changes direction.
