    Try this:
    1. Install or update logkit with the zip file below (this is the one that worked for me).
    2. Reboot OP.
    3. In your dialer type: *#800#
    4. Activate FUNCTION SWITCH

    5. Activate both functions & reboot.

    P.D: Take care that this tutorial only enables both options. Make sure your carrier supports these options, otherwise it won't work.

    I've always been vocal with my criticisms against Oneplus. It would only be fair if I appreciated them for what they do right.
    So here goes:
    Oxygen OS 11 has been running wonderfully on my OnePlus 7 pro. I did not factory reset my phone. Hats off to all the developers and OnePlus for bringing this out. There are some minor niggles but nothing major that stops me from daily ing this phone.

    Now this is the end of OnePlus from my side, will never buy or recommend it to anyone i know. Been waiting for the hotfix for nearly 2weeks but OnePlus has neglected its 7series users. They are too busy pushing the OP9 in the market that their whole concentration has diverted from the 7series. I am looking forward to buy myself an iPhone next, no Oneplus for me now. I am an regular Community app user, as well as i am into their UX program on Discord. Everywhere, Oneplus is discussing, promoting either Oneplus 9 or their Oneplus store's new designs. No sign of relief for OnePlus 7 series users anywhere. If they cannot update our devices, atleast they can inform the masses about it so no one waits for any action from their side. It was my first Oneplus phone and im very disapointed from them. OnePlus you are not now what you were.#NotoOnePlus

    You can always get the update right now if you really want to, you know, outside of the OTA process. You'll just have to deal with the resulting bugs (if you get them).

    The OTA rollout has been delayed/halted to fix reported bugs. You can easily get it right now if you really want to by reading my post right above yours.

    So.....OnePlus liars, erm I mean developers are still complete crap at their jobs apparently. You announce an update. You delay for months on end to release it, and here it is near enough a month after the lies of its release and it still does not work, is not released for general consumption. Do you get your developers in boxes of Cracker Jacks? Is this update ever going to be $&#*ing complete, stable, and released? Do you ever plan on living up to the promises that you make to those you take money from? Have the fixes for the latest garbage version of OOS 11 been pushed into a sprint some time in 2072 at this point?

    Quality/Price : Not anymore. There are many devices like Asus Rog which offer higher quality/price.
    And you have stated all the bad practices OnePlus has been doing.
    "Delayed Updates : not just major updates for OS, there is a huge delay for security updates too, most of their phones gets the security updates 2-3 months late than the months they were initially released for."
    "Not so stable updates just titled as stable"
    "Becoming expensive: series by series and even undercutting the lower devices to make the pro ones like beast and raise their prices."
    " Just focusing on the recently launched series, it's the truth every series will get full attention for just a whole year and then melodrama begins"
    "The so called Oxygen OS on which the OnePlus gambles and have made a huge market is just on the verge of becoming One UI and many other phones like Rog are giving almost stock UI.
    So tell me what other reasons do you need to see how OnePlus has changed and why the users are getting frustrated on OnePlus.

    I give you the reason in all you said.
    But keep in mind a couple of things, I have been using OP since OP3, OP5, OP6 (twice, the first OP6 lost in few weeks :confused:) and now OP 7 Pro. Never had a single problem included this last OS11 update.
    For sure this time, OP is delaying too much the update, and I dunno why. But in general I'm quite happy with OP.
    As said before, I hope this is not going to become in a bad practice, anyway my next phone will not be an OP either.
    Talking about the price, I never buy the firsts OPS units that come out to the market.
    This way, firstly, you avoid some premature bugs (fabrication, software, hardware, screen,..).
    And secondly you get your unit cheaper. I am from Europe, and all my OPS come from China.
    Never spent more than 500/600€ for the best OP series.
    Security patches? Well, I don't know. Now I have these ones in my phone. February and March and I think is good..

    Hi it's Akshay here thanks for the help with downgrade I did install it and now will I get automatically update for the stable oxygen OS 10.3.8 or I have to download and from OnePlus official site

    You will get updates automatically. At least it happens with my device... By the time, after installation of 9.5.1 and device setup is about to complete, you get notification for 10.0.3 . and so is case for 10.3.8.
