Hi everyone. I recently installed a new oxygen11 update build 11.0.1.1.GM21BA
System is slugish, lagging as hell. In most of the time i got maybe 15fps at best. Many aplications are crashing, freezing and stopping responding. This is some sort of a joke, literaly nothing was changed from beta 3 to this stable relase. I starting to thing that Oneplus broke this update on 7PRO on purpose to make many users to change their phones to OP8 or 9. "Improoved fluency" yeah right, improoved from 10fps to 15. Camera app is broken too. And i still can't set sound for messages (SMS etc.), this bug was in beta 2 and still ocures in this build. To set separate sound for Messages app you need to dig deep in the notifications settings becouse sound settings dosent work at all and whatever you set in there will be ignored

So I have Beta 5 installed on my phone which feels like a lifetime ago. Is there anything special I need to do in order to see final released version? Security patch is from May 2021 in the update log. Any advice would be much appreciated.

Change to stable channel. Beta testing has been stopped by OnePlus sometime back. You can use the links provided in the first post here and follow the steps mentioned there.
    https://forums.oneplus.com/threads/...neplus-7-pro-oxygenos-11-open-beta-5.1451561/

Or you can also flash the full stable build directly using oxygen updater app. In both the cases, your data will be erased, so do take a backup beforehand.

Yes. That's the lamest explanation I've ever seen from an OEM. Online content creators should take up this, in my opinion

It's just inconceivable! OnePlus seems to be joking with us... Again!

Are they trying to loose clients? At least with the 7 series it already seemed so and know with that ridiculous explanation, it's reaching the top of the stupidity.

Or they are trying to force the 7 series users upgrade...

I was an all time HTC client since Android came out and when i decided to leave, my 1st and only choice was OnePlus.
Bought the 7Pro right when it became available and i was with real high hopes and happy for coming to a brand that i always heard people talking so good about, but unfortunately it has been a disappointment due to several situations. 🤦

HTC IS ALL TIME BEST IN ANDROID. I AM TOO HTC FAN AND GOT STUCK AT OP7PRO WITH SHITTY CUSTOMER CARE INDIA AS WELL AS GLOBAL... THEY CAN RELEASE ENTIRE OS UPDATE IN 30-45 DAYS BUT CAN NOT RELEASE A PATCH FOR VOLTE-VOWIFI FOR REGINS WHERE NETWORK & DEVICE BOTH SUPPORT BUT ONLY PROBLEM ONE PLUS DEVICES NOT WHITELISTED IN THOSE NETWORKS.

When i asked to OnePlus the Logkit with VoLTE switch, they said:

"Our dev team has checked with the requirement of the OP7Pro and has come up with the conclusion that as per the requirement VOLTE will not be enabled for Vodafone Portugal"

Vodafone was able to activate on their side, even OnePlus not being on their whitelist, and with the Logkit available on XDA, it was working flawlessly. I told them that but they didn't answered...

I mentioned that other times but they never care about it 🤦

The truth is that i still using VoLTE flawlessly but this situation says a little about how OnePlus has been, at least, with their 7 Series customers.
