Why do you want the update...
Have you read any of the posts above.
A lot of people are having serious issues with Android 11.
    Stay with 10 for now.
If I knew all of this on Sunday I wouldn't have updated.
I can go back to 10 but it's a lot of stuffing around and I can't be bothered at the moment...
My only issue with the update is the Camera but I can use other apps instead for that function...

No change log in the phone section, but I do have a build number. And yes OOS11 is running at least as well as OOS10 for me.

YOU appear to feel it's acceptable to post to a thread without even skimming the last couple of pages, that's what's wrong.

Also single tap to show fingerprint icon not working, in dark condition, even if it is in lock condition for long time.

That's a very strange case which he has shown to us. I'm not sure that this screenshot is real, but I totally agree, that Google Play Store security patches are handled directly by Google.

As GaryC said: "is currently being rolled out".

One week is few time to complete the rollout of a new system. For your information, the complete rollout of a "simple" patch (for example, 10.0.16 -> 10.0.17) can take almost three weeks so imagine how long can take an upgrade like this.

One month is a logical time.

    OEM pushes security patches
    Google pushes play store patches
I.e play store patch are always latest as they are in hands of Google and not OnePlus

Still they were announcing the update so proudly. That kind of problems were the exact reason the update was late in the first place. They fixed it for so long and it still has some serious issues. I wanted the update because I wanted to see with my own eyes what went wrong. And also I could go back to android 10 as well if it is really that terrible

Updated through Oxygen Updater app. Not facing any camera problem. Battery draining little bit fast compared to android 10 but that is not a major issue and after every update battery takes couple of days to get normal. After update the drainage was high but now it has lowered. Heating issue was seen immediately after update but now after couple of days it is very less noticeable.
