You can use the rollback builds in this link
    https://forums.oneplus.com/threads/...or-the-oneplus-7t-and-oneplus-7t-pro.1379873/
It will bring you back to the last open beta based on OS10. After that you can download the stable version and manually install it via local upgrade.
Do note it will wipe all your data so back up everything. Also, keep in mind of the possibility that you can face the same issues like the ones you have now, just a heads up.

It's likely been paused so there's no way of telling when you'll get it.

I haven't received the update yet, its almost been 16 days from the release of the update of OS 11. And still waiting for the notification for the update. These updates now a days really take time to receive to individual users.

Also One plus has taken way long time to provide 7T users with OS 11 and now when it is arrived we don't get it immediately.

One plus should take care of all this, as being one of the highest demanded cell phone company in the world.

To know what their customers wants.

Its been 7 months since Android 11 got released! And still OnePlus 7T haven't received it. Stop releasing too many phones if you cant support it. Oneplus is no more an company for enthusiasts.

Given that some 7T / 7T Pro owners have received the update to OxigenOS 11 (OTA), and still have it installed on their phone, and now that update is interrupted, the next step for OnePlus is to deliver the update. incremental error correction for those with the update installed and full update for those who did not receive?

This situation proves what i was saying before about OnePlus, specifically that they're just interested in making a quick buck, and not by creating a good product like their competitors.

They obviously released a beta build as stable to a handful of users days before the 9 launched to improve their image, knowing well that it's going to have issues.

I don't believe the update was stopped. I think it was never meant to be rolled out to everyone. They sacrificed a number of users to appease the public until they find time to assemble a somewhat stable build of oos11 for the 7/7t series.

All the anger aside, this has been the absolute worst software experience of any phone I've ever used.

Is that where they hid the update? Are you sure? You're joking right?

From everything you have listed, nothing is true at this time.
As for the camera, OnePlus has never had a top camera, rather mediocre, the proof is the collaboration with Hasselblad to improve the quality of the camera.
The first OnePlus phone I had was the OnePlus 3T, and I appreciate that it was a very good phone if we consider the price paid (440 euros) and what that phone offered.
The next phone, the current one, is OnePlus 7T Pro, it really had a top hardware endowment at the launch date, but the quality of the software was not up to expectations, software that is not at the level of the hardware endowment.
And now on the occasion of the first major update, to OxigenOS 11, OnePlus, for both 7T Pro and 7T, delivered a very poor quality update, called stable update that comes after 4 beta, and also behaves like a beta update, with many errors and malfunctions.
I think that those from OnePlus are no longer interested in the phones launched previously, only the ones launched now, the ones that are going to bring money. For the previously launched phone series, OnePlus collected the money ...
