That's hard to confirm, for some it is, for most, speaking only about this thread, it isn't.

Either downgrade first using the rollback builds found in the open beta 1 thread, and manually download and install it via local upgrade after that, or wait for the next stable release and install that over beta 4. Do note both ways will wipe all your data so don't forget to back everything up. And i suggest you read some of the pages of this thread first for potential issues you might face and decide if you want to do it now or not.

Looks like the update is stopped for now, so there's no telling when it'll be released again

Go to OB1, scroll down you ll see links to downgrade to OS10 beta then flash A10 stable.
This how to get to A10.
For the heads up,A11 has been suspended,it has too many bugs, users are not satisfied with it,so if you want to take the risk, use oxygen updater or XDA,but I wouldn't do it if I were you.
    Good luck

After this stable upgrade I'm facing Wifi connection drop problem. It keeps dropping connection and connecting automatically while all other device remains connected seamlessly to the same network. I have already reset WiFi network 2-3 times.
Any other solution recommended or have to wait for next upgrade ?

Scroll a little bit back to my last post and you'll have some answer, although they still didn't give a official statement or anything.

Okay we been facing a BIG SOFTWARE UPDATES issue here. It seems that software development need to hire more people, or is it after Carl Pei left OnePlus, many left too. This is ridiculous and hilarious at the same time. After today launch of 9 Series, we 7t series users will be forgotten for another few months.

    Cheers 7t series

I'm yet to get the Oxygen 11 updates. How long it's gonna take ? Been waiting for weeks but still no updates. Trying using Oxygen Updater will be fine ?

It is fine yes, it's the same update as you would get OTA. But before you do so, have a look at some of the pages of this thread and read up on all the issues reported, then you can decide if you're willing to risk it or not

So I installed the update when it was available for my 7T, like so many others. Now you've pulled the update so the rest can't install it, which begs the question: What the hell is gonna happen to the ones like me's phones? Small bug fixes? 🤔 My camera is actually better now and the bugs are so small, that I barely notice them and most of the time I don't, so what the hell? OnePlus used to be reliable! What the hell is going on with OnePlus now? Are you loosing your grip, all of a sudden? 🤔 Jeez!
