You do what you like, I see most people on here with issues just installed 11 over 10 without resetting and the ones who don't seem to have issues did reset, i always factory reset when upgrading to a new version of Android as it was always recommended to do so in the kitkat/ jellybean days and I never have problems, (it's even easier to re install everything now with better backup options) I guarantee most people's issues world be fixed if they factory reset and started with a clean install.

I don't want to do a factory reset which can possibly lead to data loss. Even if I backup my stuff, I have a lot of data located here and there which OnePlus Switch do not offer to backup. Neither I ever did a hard reset on my previous Samsung phones (Galaxy S2, S4, S7, S9). Again, I didn't do any factory resets ever with no issues whatsoever. Why would I do this now? Because OnePlus failed to deliver a stable update? That's not funny. When you use a smartphone from a right company like Samsung, you just press "update", no worries. I bought Oneplus 8 Pro for 1050 EUR and I feel cheated.

Anyone in Ireland receive update on 8 Pro?

Also has anyone noticed the improvements in snapchat as promised with the launch of the 8T?

Snapchat app is nothing to do with OnePlus.. It's down to Devs at snapchat. It's owned by Snap inc

Yes, it shouldn't wipe any data, but it's good practice to back everything up just in case.

I've been looking for answers but with no success, I bought this one plus 8 In2017 model, and I don't see any updates available, realized it's a 5g model, and a sprint variant, does not even have the option to make it upgraded manually as my previous OP7 did! Need some help please ! I feel scammed
