Good luck to everyone who is going to help testing OxygenOS.

Before you change from the Stable to the Open Beta channel, please don't forget to backup the device. While it shouldn't erase the contents on your device, better be safe than sorry. ;)

And please pay attention to this part:

Returning from Open Beta to the Stable channel will erase the contents on your device. Please have that in mind.

All that said, wishing you happy testing and don't forget to report the bugs you'll find.

Just pathetic and childish behaviour from OnePlus.
Now after op9 series OnePlus be like LoL 8 series even exist!

@Abdul B. While it's great that global & EU builds are merged in Open Beta, why aren't EU rollback/downgrade ZIPs provided? After all, on the stable track, global & EU are separate builds and this may cause people to mistakenly rollback to the wrong region.

EDIT: they've added the EU rollback link as well, see stickied post.

Note to all: When you download it to your device it may come with ".jar" on the end. Remove this via renaming it so that it only ends with ".zip" and then move to your parent directory in your internal storage. It will then be recognised.
