Sure!
Initial experience:
Everything is super smooth, apps load up much faster for me and the animations are really smooth.
Switching apps is really smooth too, feels like day one smoothness. I had bloated my phone a lot, and it used to freeze quite a bit at times, but now it's all perfect.
However device has heated up a lot after opening Gallery app - as mentioned in the changeling, it does take time to load up photos initially (I'm assuming because it's running a media-scan, that's what the battery usage details show). Battery drain was a lot more, but that's expected after first boot I guess, I can't really talk about it until later.
Otherwise it isn't a very major update IMO, the home controls in the power menu is really nice, Cards however is missing from power menu (although Google Pay recently added tap to pay in India too) said:
Also the default small scaling changed to 411dp, I had to change it 426 in developer options (I don't know what was the previous one, but it was definitely higher than 411) - you'll notice this if you're used to using smaller fonts and scaling
If you play around with the brightness slider, you'll notice quite a bit of lag, but this was also mentioned in the "Potential issues" section. It's quite noticeable if you go from a dimly-lit area to a brightly-lit area and back again with Autobrightness on. Otherwise you can just slide it to full, back to low then back to full simultaneously and notice it. Slightly annoying but it's fine.
