Anyone have a copy of this update? I bricked my phone flashing the wrong boot.img while on Beta 9.

any assistance in acquiring this will be great. I have created a separate post below because this one is for the beta announcement and I am requesting support. I I can get the boot.img or the .bin file I can get my phone out of a boot loop and close my post below.

I thought it was just me.. I was trying to go back to the stable release but skipped a few steps during a Wipe and reset to check if the Beta 9 was just fixable with a wipe since it seemed to fix it I tried to flash my magisk patched boot.img and it boot looped. Then I tried to flash the stock but realized afterwards I flashed the stable release (facepalm)

Yeah, mine heating strongly also, and fastly discharging, and lags, but I'm on stable 11.0.5.5.BA. I checked the beta forum only because I hoped maybe if I switch to beta it would help.

Not how bad, but how good is it. It's a really good daily driver. Really fast. I've no problems with it.

    Thanks!
Also, as a beta tester how good is the communication between you and the developers? Do providing feedback actually worth it?

Hello guys, I'm new to Android (coming from iPhone 7 and 11), especially 1st time with OnePlus, 8 Pro to be exact. I have 2 main questions:

    1) How do I do a full back up. Unlike iOS user can do full back up over iTunes, where can I do it with OnePlus?

    2) How do I join and download, install Open Beta builds and how to do a fresh install of the stable build, as well as where to make the switch from Open Beta to Stable path

I hope to hear from you guys because as of right now, I think my 8 Pro is having some hiccups and wanna try the Open Beta to see if it worths keeping this phone or return it for a 9 Pro or iPhone 12 Pro Max

This is due to how wi-fi security is handled in android 11:
"Android 11 will no longer let you connect to some enterprise WiFi networks" https://www-xda--developers-com.cdn.../android-11-break-enterprise-wifi-connection/
I'm pretty sure there is an option under the 'CA Certificate' setting called "do not validate". If you select that option (if it's there), you should be able to connect.
I have this problem with my Pixel 4XL on my workplace wi-fi. It won't connect as the option above has been removed, but my 8 Pro can connect as it still has the option.

You still haven't fixed Google Pay issue. It works just fine on my 6t. But not on 8pro. And now there's issue with some apps when you click on a notification nothing happens. App doesn't open through it. Fixxxxxxxxxxx the darn thing.
