    I received the OS12 update on my OP8


    Do far all seems fine accept there is now an issue with searching in your apps list.

    Raise the screen to get to your apps and start typing the name of the app and whilst it displays the apps that start with the first letter you type once you get past adding a few letters and spell the actual name of the app the results page shows blank.

    I have a work around which is to use the Google search bar widget on the home screen which does work to find your local apps.

    Seems to be a bug and I wonder how noticible this is, if you have a lot of apps it's time consuming to scroll all through your apps to look when all you needed to do pre OS 12 was use the search feature.

    I may change from stock launcher to fix.

    Also to note I do have work apps on a separate tab from my apps list

    It's a problem with NFC payment no matter which payment operator you use. OOS12 constantly breaks payment apps. I talked to a support but it is waste of time. People who work there sounds like mentally disabled. It's completely waste of time

    To all those who say they are going to Samsung - my Tab S6 has just had its first update since January, finally getting Android 12. It has the MARCH (!) security update.

    I got Samsung Galaxy S21 Plus. Got updates at least once a month. Mine got May security update.

    Just to let you know i have as a second phone the samsung a12 which is one of the cheapest phones out there with bad hardware and i am getting updates almost every 1 month. And all updates are with no bugs. If Samsung gives updates every almost 1 month even for their worst models imagine how many updates they give for their flagships...

    What's wrong with this sinking stupid could company? Now days only releasing update for India first. Why not release for every region at the same time like.before? Useless and lazy company

    Install the latest version of the quick connect app by using below link. it solved my battery drain and heating problems. now I've the same performance like with oos11... good luck!
