How did you roll back? I need to do that badly. This OS is terrible and useless. I hate it.

Ive been thinking about this green line issue that many users have since the update. Is it possible it's related to the AOD and the Insight setting option? Are you using that setting? If so try using a different option for AOD, reboot and see if it helps. Please let us know if it helped.
Looking at this picture made me equate the 2. It's like the green line is some kind of a "shadow" of the insight option. there has to be an explanation for it. It wasn't there before the update so its related to that. It's just common sense that it would be.

There was no A12 in 2017 when this issue was mentioned first. There's also no A12 running on iPhones who report the same issue.
The only common thing between all these phones is hardware, most likely the supplier of the display.

This was tested of course. I, and very likely almost all people who updated, got none of these issues. Otherwise it would be all over the press. It's not. said:
But then, I followed the steps on how to update. including hard reset and I installed the adviced additional updates.

I believe you, but can't believe that guy. How can he be all stock but running and "knowing" nameless os at the same time?! Funny 🤣

I think that different models of the phones get different updates. I am in the US and got the c.16 update for my kb2005. It's Android 12. I won't receive the 15 or 17 update cuz it's not for my phone. They are stable versions. If you haven't gotten the OTA update you can try the oxygen updater app. Just be sure your using the stable setting

I am still on C16 (KB2003 EU version) so far, but to me the Always on bug was allready there in C15.

Agree with most of above. Keyboard disappears in SMS and other messaging apps. Phone has to be rebooted once or twice a day. Widgets missing etc. One widget carried over for one contact but not another and can't be replaced.... When booting up phone looks for the lock code and as I'm entering that the phone requests the SIM PIN. Sluggish too. Go figure

Dude.. that's a manufacturing defect. If you purchased the device recently, you can get it replaced.

    Hello people,

After using the updated c.17 version after 3 days here are my views..

    1. The battery life has drastically increased. Kudos!! I am getting avg 7 hrs of screen time(no gaming, normal usage) compared to 5 hrs with the same usage earlier.

    2. Charging speed remains the same around 55 minutes (5% to 100%)

    3. System UI feels much more stable. Less buggy and smooth.

There are also few improvements we would love to see. Such as -

    1. Close all apps means closing all apps and not keeping the last app used active. Please look into it.

    2. I am still not able to disable few default apps, which is really frustrating.

Apart from that, we would also love to see the core material you design such as the revamped notification panel. Maybe in A13.

    Fingers crossed . 🤞
