I've tried this before and I get an email saying they will look into, only to much later get another email saying that if I don't respond by a certain date, they will consider the case resolved and close it? I've tried doing as they ask and it just keeps going in a never-ending cycle that just eats up my time and patience!

Oneplus needs to stop making million firmware for different regions. It's time to switch to the new Oxygen + Color system and make one global version for everyone. And work on its stability

They Release a firmware update for Buds pro and now it support LHDC but in order to support this Codec you need to upgrade to A12 but but but A12 is still baking in their oven. So it became an useless update. What a Unified mess.

OnePlus... You have to keep Android 11 for the 2021 oneplus 9 phones because we are deeply incompetent and can not Get A12 working on our own hardware.

I am on Oneplus 9 Pro in EU that was peorded as soon as it was available. This is my fourth 1+ after 1+1, 3T and 6T. This also my last Oneplus. I am reading news about new 10 being cheaper, I have a flagship device that is 9 months old without 12, a device that is not even stable on 11 experiencing freezes and bugs. Sorry Oneplus, we had a good run, but it is not acceptable. You have lost a loyal customer.
