I totally agree with this statement! You really DON'T WANT this update! You will be wanting OS 11 back as soon as you get it? An absolutely horrible roll out by what used to be a reputable, user driven company. Not any more!!

These poor Europeans don't know how lucky they are, lol. I updated the moment it came out, rolled back the next day. Then I waited until they released C40, thought everything was fixed. Hahahahahaha, joke on me, it's still a nest of bugs. I live with it now, waiting for Samsung to release their new phone and jump this sinking ship.

Yes sir, I feel your pain, trust me! Me, I'm phone shopping too and I can gladly (unfortunately) eliminate One Plus. Not even on the list? That ought to tell you (and other's) something? Sad part is, it WAS a great phone, until these awful updates came out!! Honestly, I'd rather not gid rid of it after what I paid (full price when it first came out!), but for not much more you can get a much better brand with way more support behind it!!

I've been with OnePlus since OnePlus 3. Bought every single one of them to this 9 Pro I have now. Not only that I use them myself, I also managed to convinced my family members and friends to use them too. Until now, when they decided to kill of Oxygen OS and went full on Oppo Color OS. Trust me, the bugs don't bother me much, it will be fixed eventually anyway I'm certain about it, but it's no longer OnePlus. It just doesn't feel the good old OnePlus anymore.

That's what I've been saying. People like yourself who have been with the company from the beginning, or shortly thereafter, who've been instrumental in the development and growth of the brand, are now either leaving or are seriously considering it, and THAT is a crying shame!

Oneplus are you crazy with these updates for Europe. It's funny that my Oppo Reno 5 has already got a stable update to Android 12. I repeat Oppo Reno 5 no 6, not 6 Pro not even 5 Pro just ordinary Reno 5. This is some kind of drama really, probably this fact made me understand that no more I won't take a call from you. After 6 years of using your devices, I can say that I have spent 4 years in great style, while the last 2 are a series of constant mistakes and bugs. And so the daily report from the EU, there is still no update. Greetings

Another bug I noticed was that face unlock doesn't work every few hours. you need to restart your phone.

Still no updates for Europe, this is really ridiculous now, it's almost half of January and still nothing. It looks like we probably won't get any consistent updates for the next 3 years as they promised. At the end we'll end up with great hardware with too old and outdated OS. Shame on you OP...
