The only solution is to factory reset the phone. After that everything works fine.

READ THE INSTRUCTIONS it tells you how to roll back to OS 11. Did you check the app permissions or reset them? Android 12 has stricter file and location permissions.

I am noticing that a lot of the people complaining in here don't even own a 9 or 9 Pro phone. Please use your own community groups to discuss Oxygen OS 12 (or the main announcement page for Oxygen OS 12) and please QUIT SPAMMING OUR GROUP. This page is supposed to be for those of us testing the beta on the OnePlus 9 and OnePlus 9 Pro to give feedback and report bugs.

With all the complaining going on in here about oxygen OS 12 I don't see your original post. Are you trying to roll back to oxygen OS 11? What is the file extension for the rollback file?

That is because it often downloads is a .jar file but needs to be a .zip or vice versa. You will know because the file looks to have two extensions just delete the last one off the end of it so it changes to the new one and then it should work.

To show you I took screen shot. But when I did there was only file.

You would need to rename it in file manager. If you click rename use the arrows or swipe all the way to the right you should be able to tell if it has two file extensions. I no longer have the file downloaded and I'm not on Wi-Fi or else I'd be more than willing to send you a screenshot. I might be able to connect to Wi-Fi and get you a screenshot later today.
