It seems many people (as I do as well) have the problems with SD card, which gets itself extracted.

Just to confirm what others have said.

    Phone: EU E1003
    Previous Version: 2.1.2
    New Version: 2.1.3

    - Update just performed by accepting the OTA update and installing when prompted. No cache clears etc.

    - I don't notice any change in performance/stuttering
    - I do now see my (NTFS formatted) 64mb SD card in storage options, and can transfer most apps to it, though not maps or pictures through camera (can transfer files manually).
    - I do get the green screen bug in Chrome when watching you tube videos. Advert videos play fine in my test case, but the actual video I was watching did not. So maybe a flash/HTML5 differential.

Also tried placing an SD card purposely and repeated all the steps - Failed
Removed the tray and repeated all the steps - Failed

My dear friend in this case you have to contact the support (Live chat or Submit a Ticket). You'll see that they will solve the problem.

No the SDCard referred to in the apps menu is a partition area in the internal storage not the external SDCard. Android has literally made it impossible to move apps to an external storage system, you can move everything else. Try moving an app to SDCard and see if it actually frees up any space in internal storage. Note that if you check your file manager it refers to internal storage SDCard and to the external storage as SDCard1. You will not find the moved app on SDCard1.
