I had this problem too, don't panic like I did... Reboot your phone, and compress the folder you have on you mac and re copy it to your phone and try again, macs automatically decompress zip files.

Hiding the search bar doesn't hide the search bar.

Edit: I thought it meant the app drawer search bar. Ignore.

    Just to be sure:
Step 1: what do you mean by new bootloader? Do you have to do something before this? (EDIT: the bootloader is included in the ROM zip, isn't it?)
Between steps 1 and 2: no reboot is required, yes?

    Thanks.

    Got it working, thanks.

    I don't understand the steps :D

I am on exodus 6.0.1 and twrp 3.x
this is how i would do this:
    1) wipe system data cache dalvik cache
    2)flash recovery.img
    3)reboot recovery
now i should have the oneplus recovery
    4)flash ROM

    are these steps correctly?

    exactly my thought.!

nice way to cool off half or most of the anger down for the official MM. Everyone is like woohoo, not knowing this is not the official OTA build. its a "community", meaning official is far from done.

I know where you've gone wrong.
You downloaded it using Safari, right? Safari automatically unzips all ZIP files, and that's why it's now 2.39 GB. You can either recompress it into a ZIP file, or you can download it using a different browser such as Google Chrome.
The rest of the steps remain the same. Just use a ZIP file and it'll work perfectly.
    Hope it helped.
