    Nope.
    1) Wipe System, Data, Cache, Dalvik Cache.
    2) Flash the OOS 3.0 ZIP file.
    3) DON'T REBOOT INTO SYSTEM. Flash the recovery.img.
    4) DON'T REBOOT INTO SYSTEM. Go to Reboot> Recovery, and reboot into recovery, and now after a while you'll boot into a new version of TWRP that is compatible with OOS 3.0.
    5) Flash the OOS 3.0 ZIP file, reboot into system.

Follow it word-to-word and you'll be up and running. :D

@SoniaB @Naman Bhalla The beta download website says, your phone should be unlocked (They are talking about the bootloader I guess?) before you install the build. I've never flashed a custom ROM, or a recovery, rooted my phone. So, does the bootloader comes unlocked out of the box or is there any way to unlock the bootloader? Thanks!

    Oh yeah.
But the guy in the video was using TWRP, so I figured he needed to mention TWRP/any custom recovery was needed to use his method.
    Sorry. xD

That's an official OnePlus video. Follow part of the video to unlock the bootloader. Just remember, you'll lose all your data (photos, videos, music, apps, app data) if you unlock your bootloader so yeah.
