    This is same as with OP2. The OOS3 update brought different bootloader, so TWRP has to be recompiled for the new device tree.

    That's why Allen W said they would not support flashing with other recoveries.
    Flash this recovery via fastboot to get back a proper stock recovery on your OPX.

    As for TWRP, you'll have to wait until the guys over there recompile it against the new device tree.

    You have either to edit the OTA script or use Oxygen Recovery instead of TWRP: https://s3.amazonaws.com/oxygenos.oneplus.net/OPX_recovery.img

    You can't, as long as there isn't an updated version of TWRP.
