    • "Added motion detection in camera and enhanced image capturing quality" - I would love to get this in OP3, so I finally can take some acceptable shots when subjects are moving

Basic features I'm missing from my Galaxy S7 are as follows..

    1. Auto max display brightness when launching camera to see display more clearly.

    2. Ability to turn on or off an "Always on Display" feature.

    3. Auto display brightness always too low even in day light (build 3003_28_161122).

    4. More display contrast options, OP3T dull compared to S7 though I think ambient sensor for higher auto brightness would fix this on the large side.

    5. RGB colour wheel/chart for more accent colours.

    Thanks for looking :)

p.s. LOVING my new OP3T!!! Amazing battery and performance!

Actually, the main reason I decided to buy the OnePlus 3T now instead of waiting for a future OnePlus device is BECAUSE of the 1080p screen.

Why? I'm afraid whatever's next will have a higher resolution. More pixels to power all the time == less battery life. 1080p screen is fine for a 5.5 inch device. I'd take battery life over pixels the human eye can't discern any day of the week. [e]1f609[/e]

How to gather logs for bug reports

    https://forums.oneplus.net/threads/wifi-had-problem-in-turning-off.474905/#post-15407030

    1. Input "*#800#" from dialing interface, enter "oneplus logkit", delete history log

    2. Click "advanced", choose "save log type", select all these options (Kernel, Main, System, Radio, Event, Tcpdump), then click OK

    3. Click "save log"

    3. Click "get QXDM Log", choose "category"

    4. Click "open device log"

    5. Make the issue reproduce and take a screenshot to record the time, then stay for a few minutes (better above 10 minutes)

    6. Click “save log” again to stop it, enter QXDM Log and choose “close device log”

    7. Finally, enter filemanager > storage > oem_log, find the file, zip it and send it to us along with the screenshot.

3T v3.5.3 Battery status indicator in quick settings status bar missing

The redesigned GUI of quick settings is fine (what you get when you drag the status bar down with 2 fingers). I'm having only one issue with it. I'm missing the battery status indicator showing % of battery charge remaining and serving as a shortcut to the battery settings menu.
The indicator is displayed on OP3 v3.2.7 and it's missing on OP3T v3.5.3 (screenshots included)
Not a good design decision in my opinion.

    Hi,

Don't see a nougat update for 3t yet so looks like you are coming short on this promise. Then of course you are talking about the OTA release and not a beta version i'm sure but still looks like OP3 users can go for nougat right now and 3T users can not.
