    It's only the SIM card pin that is causing the issue, if you have normal pin set up to use fingerprint then it is fine.

    My phone was set to german (germany). phone blinking seems to be a language issue. It only blinking when I should enter the SIM PIN. Removed the SIM-Card, go to settings and changed the language to English (US), now it works.
    Hope it would get fixed soon

    Insert the sim card in other phone and disable simlock and reinsert again,the problem of blinking is gone..anfdif you want to use it right now remove the sim card phone is usable..

    What language do you use? Try to remove the SIM and set it to english. Worked for me.

    this pin issue happens only when updating via OTA or also with clean flash ?
    I know I can disable PIN lock before flashing or updating, just curious

    OK, Phone is set up to german language. After de activating sim pin in another phone, i tried to re enable sim pin in my OP3. After reboot- flickering again. So right now phone is not usable with activated sim pin. OP3, Stock, german language setting.

    I got excited when I read the accent colours had be changed but they actually haven't :/ I don't see any change in any accent colours actually.... come on OP! These colours suck!!

    Don't have this bug other people have either (atm)

    Also was the, feature Carl wanted app locker?

    Go back to 3.5.3 via adb sideload and wait for a fix. This is what i've done and it works fine. This is not normal that we must disable the PIN lock to do the update and be able to use the phone after.

    So, OP3 team, we are waiting for a fix. Thank you.

    I cant remember exactly where, but found option to turn off pin for sim somewhere while on .5.3. restarted it and didnt ask for pin, so Im assuming that it wont ask when I finish updating to .4. fingers crossed

    Solution worked for me

    Remove sim
    Change language to English (US),
    insert sim,
    remove sim lock,
    Change back to language you like
