    Here's my take on it. It may or may not be true, but since Oneplus' isn't talking we won't know.
    Oneplus doesn't want to spend time and money to fix the issue. You see, you paid 100% up-front for your device, which means Oneplus has zero incentive to fix any issues. The incentive they understand is called "money" and the only way for them to get more money is to entice other people to fork over their money for a (new) device.
    So they are going to blow their horn about how great their coming device is, while paying minimum lip-service to the previous buyers for, say, 12 months time or so. Older devices? Nah, don't give them an incentive to stay with the old device, we want you to buy the new new device.

    Again, this is my view of it. @Carl and the team are more than welcome to correct me. In the meantime, I'm not going to give a single dollar to Oneplus again, because buying another of their devices is just confirming them in what they're doing right now. And I take my time to point this out to all potential buyers, so they are warned ahead of time and that maybe, just maybe it'll trickle back to @Carl that he's shooting himself and the investors in the foot.

    Hi my oneplus2 is on 3.5.8 but apparently it seems that my oneplus2 have a MultiTouch problem where it is able to detect only 3 fingers. Do u have any idea to fix it?
