You should flash TWRP 3.0.3.0 and then try. Search for it on official TWRP.me site.

    Hi,
First let my say that I love the one plus 3, and that I am buying a one plus 3T for my sis'.

But one thing really bothers me : unnecessary vibrations. Especially the one for the fingerprint unlock! (and also the boot).

So please let us be able to disable all vibrations, or tweak the intensity, or just stop the vibration when we unlock with fingerprints.

I am tired of being on power Save mode, it's a shame to lower the performances...

    Thanks!!

I came from OOS 3.5.4 with root and TWRP 3.0.3-0 and I first flashed full OOS 4.0 followed by SuperSU 2.79 SR2 (both zips at the same time), and had no problems.
After 4.0.1 came out, I found the link containing full OOS 4.0.1 and downloaded it and did as for OOS 4.0: flashed full OOS 4.0.1 followed by SuperSU 2.79 SR2, over the existing OS, without wiping anything, and had no problems. Everything's working fine, root and TWRP as well.

Does anyone in the UK have this yet? Is it carrier dependent? I'm on O2 who always take ages to push updates. Thanks
